You’ll be able to track your order! Once we ship your order, you’ll get a confirmation email + tracking number. On the day of delivery, we'll send you a message to let you know your 1-hour delivery window. (You can reschedule or or add delivery instructions if needed). Our delivery partner:
DPD When will I receive my refund? Once received, we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method. During busy periods please allow up to 20 working days for us to process your return and refund.

Not happy with your order?
Return your items, free of charge.
Pre-paid return postage is included in all sportswear orders to the UK. We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 21 days. Returning an online order: 1. Complete the returns form included with your order. Need a new form? 2. Email customercare@naturalgraceldn.com with the form attached 3. Customer Care will organise your package to be picked up from your chosen pick up location in the UK 3. Package the items along with your form, our courier will provide the postage label.

Note down the tracking number - please track it to confirm it’s been delivered back to us! *Please note that all our face masks are final sale for health and hygiene reasons. We check every mask before it is sent out to ensure quality, but if for any reason there is something not right with your order then email us at customercare@naturalgraceldn.com within 7 days of receiving your mask, where we will try to assist you with this.
